Hi, I’m Daniel, a product designer with a product owner’s mindset. I care deeply about craft and just as much about making sure the product actually works - for its users, for the business and for the team building it.

For 5+ years I have been designing complex enterprise products: data-heavy interfaces, multi-step workflows and systems with many user roles, where clarity is what makes people productive. I prototype in code and work with AI tools every day.

Based in Moldova (EET) and working remotely with companies across EMEA. Open to relocation within the EU.

From Spreadsheet to ScheduleAn internal tool that replaced a shared spreadsheet for planning the shifts of ~600 live-casino dealers. I designed the rules, the planning grid and the everyday changes, so the tool checks overtime before every change and records who made it.2026
